Terms and Conditions

Return Policy:

All Custom Orders, and Customized Goods are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

We do our best to ensure that all items have the proper descriptions listed, as well as accurate photos (computer monitors may show slight color difference); however, if you are unhappy with your non-customized order, due to OUR mistake in item description, we will refund your money, after item is returned (return shipping to be paid by customer)  to us in the same unused condition as it shipped to you, so long as you email us to address your concerns, within 10 calendar days of purchase.  This allows you plenty of time for inspection after delivery. Returned items must be received by Baseball Heaven within 15 calendar days from original order date to be eligible for refund (minus original shipping costs).  Your refund will be processed in the same manner in which it was received within 30 calendar days from return receipt.

Items are updated daily, however, if you happen to purchase an item here that is otherwise sold via another platform the same day, we will notify you within 24 hours of payment receipt, and either offer to make a similar item for you within an expedited timeframe, or we will return your payment within 3 business days. 

***Items pictured with credit cards/ cash are for your visual understanding as to what the item will hold. Cash/ Credit Cards are NOT included with your purchased item, despite being pictured as such!

Shipping/ Handling Time: 

• All non-customized items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment.
• Custom Name or Initials Engraved on items- please allow and additional 24 hours for processing prior to shipping. 
• All Custom Orders- all details of requested item will be discussed & confirmed via email prior to payment. Once item details have been confirmed, agreed upon between customer and Baseball Heaven, and order is paid in full, the item will be shipped within 10 business days from payment receipt (unless otherwise specified during order confirmation).  
• If you have a special date in mind, and are in a rush for a custom order, we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe- just let us know in your order details, and we will let you know if it is possible to expedite your order.

If we are on a scheduled break or vacation, we will ship all existing orders prior, in order to keep within our scheduled timeframes promised. If you happen to place an order while we are "In the Outfield" you will be notified at the time of purchase, and accommodations will be made to get to your order as soon as possible.
